Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-04-28
These terms apply to your use of Nexus Master ("the Service") provided by Transcenda under a clinic-level licence. By signing in you agree to them on behalf of your account.
1. Your account
- Your account is tied to a clinic licence and a role granted by your clinic admin.
- You must keep your credentials confidential. Sharing accounts violates these terms.
- Your clinic administrator can suspend or remove your access at any time.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful clinic-operations purposes.
- Do not upload data you are not authorised to handle (e.g. patient data outside your scope).
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls, scan or stress-test the platform without written permission.
- Do not use the AI assistant to generate medical advice for patients without clinician review.
3. Licensing and uptime
Service availability and the licence tier (starter / professional / enterprise / ultimate) are governed by the master agreement signed with your clinic. Tier features are enforced by the licence server and may change between releases. We will give reasonable notice of breaking changes.
4. AI assistant
The AI assistant is a productivity tool that uses third-party LLM providers via our own gateway. Outputs may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-suggested content before acting on it. Do not paste secrets (passwords, full payment card numbers) into prompts.
5. Data ownership
Your clinic owns all clinical and operational data it enters. Transcenda holds a limited licence to process that data only as needed to operate, secure and back up the Service. On contract end you can request a full export within the timeframe set by your agreement.
6. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Transcenda's aggregate liability is capped at the licence fees paid in the prior twelve months. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything that cannot be limited under law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged in-app at next sign-in. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
