Nexus Master is a private clinic-operations portal operated by Transcenda for licensed customers. This page explains what data we hold, why we hold it, and your options.

Who is the data controller

Each clinic that licenses Nexus Master is the controller of its own patient and operational data. Transcenda processes that data on the clinic's behalf as a sub-processor under the licence agreement.

What we collect

Account data — name, email, role, branch assignment, login activity, FCM device token (if you enable push).
Operational data — tasks, announcements, complaints, calls, KPIs and the audit trail required to run the clinic.
Knowledge content — articles you publish to the internal knowledge base (visible only inside your clinic).
AI usage — the prompts you send to the in-app AI assistant, the model used, token count and cost. We do not use prompts to train models.
Files you upload — task attachments, company assets, avatars. Stored on the clinic's self-hosted server, not in any public cloud bucket.
Technical telemetry — server-side request logs (IP, path, status code) retained for 90 days for security and capacity planning.

What we do NOT collect

We do not place advertising trackers.
We do not sell or rent any data to third parties.
The AI assistant calls Anthropic via our own gateway — your prompts are not sent to Anthropic with your name attached.

Where data lives

Nexus Master runs on infrastructure operated directly by your clinic or by Transcenda under contract. The default deployment stores data in a MariaDB database on the clinic's server. Backups are encrypted and retained as defined in your licence agreement.

Your rights

You can view and edit your own profile at any time from Settings. For deletion, export, or correction of records you don't control directly, contact your clinic administrator. They can satisfy access and erasure requests through the admin console.
